What is the booking process?

You can contact us with the date, time and duration of the shoot. You can also mention the number of photos and / or edited videos needed at the end of the project. With this information we will try to reply with a quotation as soon as we can.

How far in advance should I book my session / event?

Ideally this should happen at least 3 - 4 days before the expected shoot date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept bank transfers or cash payment.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

There is no fee for cancellations or rescheduling. However, the next date would depend on the availability of the crew.

Do you require a retainer or deposit? If so, how much?

We require part payment to be made on the day of the project.

How many final images will I receive?

This depends on your requirements.

How long does it take to receive the photos?

The first edits are usually sent within 4 working days from the date of the project.

How long does it take to receive the videos?

The first draft is usually shared within 4 working days from the date of the project.

How will the final images be delivered?

We will share a cloud link that will be valid for 30 days.

Will the images be high-resolution?

Yes, the final images will be high-resolution.

Do I get printing rights to the photos?

Yes, you can.

Do you provide unedited / raw files?

It depends on the terms and conditions of the project.

Can I share the photos on social media?

Yes, you can. If it is a collaboration, then you will need to tag us. If it is a paid project, then you do not need to tag us.

Do you edit all the photos?

A link will be shared with the client with the selected photos. Approved photos will then be edited.
